02Fuel Policy
Vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. A refueling service is available at MAD 15/L if you'd rather skip the gas stop.
03Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is held on a valid credit card at pickup. It's released within 5-7 business days after vehicle return, subject to inspection.
04Insurance Coverage
Comprehensive insurance with CDW and theft protection is included. Optional zero-excess coverage available at MAD 250/day.
05Delivery & Pickup
Free delivery and collection within Casablanca for rentals of 5+ days. Airport, hotel and home delivery available 24/7.
06Cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Within 48 hours, one day's rental is retained as a cancellation fee.

01What documents do I need to rent this car?
A valid driver's license held for at least 2 years, passport or national ID, and a credit card in the renter's name for the security deposit. International renters need an International Driving Permit alongside their home license.
02Is there a minimum rental duration?
Yes, this vehicle has a 5-day minimum rental period. Longer rentals unlock significant weekly and monthly discounts.
03Can I drive outside Morocco?
Cross-border travel is not permitted with this vehicle. The car must remain within Moroccan territory throughout the rental.
04Is a chauffeur available?
Yes. A professional English/French/Arabic-speaking chauffeur is available for MAD 600/day. Add it at checkout or contact the supplier.
